If there are no people in the lobby with you who rate everything "Terrible", then here are 2 tips on how to get 1-3 places:
1) Keep your buildings small as this is better than having them unfinished
2) Add block variation to your builds, as it looks prettier than having everything built with one type of block, e.g. (iron, quartz, white wool) (spruce planks, brown concrete, brown wool)
