Points is a form of reward, given when people react to your posts, or when you do to someone elses, since you do a lot of forum posting of random things, people can react to them and give you score.

Points score is a useless system, it is just something to make the forums more fun to players. You do not have to worry about it as it is an imaginary number that does nothing.
