Advertising my creative+ game/world

Hello! I don't have a c+ world/game but I am planning to have one. And I want to specify if I can advertise it here? Like just tell what the game is about, what does it have etc. Is it allowed here? In rules(rule 2.3) it says we can post c+ world IPs but can we do that and advertise it in the same time?
