Creative+ Suggestion about NPCs (uploaded twice, sorry)

Can you add an option to Spawn NPC like Never Despawn that makes the NPC permanent (it can't despawn by itself) because coding working permanent NPCs is currently very hard for me.
(SORRY THIS THREAD HAS BEEN UPLOADED TWICE BY ACCIDENT)
