got expert but didnt recieve

hey guys eNeMy1201_work here i recently bought spring cases x50 in ml smp and opened cases and got forbidden expert but didnt receive it so i logged off and logged back on and for proof ill post my logs cuz i didnt take screenshot during tat pls my article should reach the respective staff and i need expert rank tat i got in cases

It must be temporary rank and you edited the logs file and took screenshot, and if you think so you're right, send the full log file

here i have posted the .log file but convert it to text r something and read it to the last cuz tats where i started opening spring cases and i put it in zip so i thnk u dont need to convert it u can extractand read .... also go to the last part to find out my expert case opening rank
