The current maximum punishment for crossteaming is just a ban for just 8 hours. That is incredibly low and not enough to discourage players from doing it. Not only is the punishment very little, it is also quite easy to get away with it: i have /reported many players for doing it but staff never arrives on time. Crossteaming is cheating and makes the game unfair and should be punished way more. I'd suggest at least up to 1 week bans (i'd prefer even longer but seems like this server is pretty lax on punishing cheaters since using hacks is not even a permanent ban)
