0. Introduction
0.1 By registering, you agree to the rules of the project. You need to follow them and follow the updates. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.
0.2 For a number of justifiable reasons, the administration has the right to forgive or further punish a player. The administration has the right to ban you for an offence that is not described in the rules. In addition, depending on the situation, the administration has the right to punish players without any limitations, which includes punishments without evidence. Do not try to bypass the rules.
0.3 You deposit all money for donation services at your own peril and risk. Money spent on purchases cannot be refunded (Read more: Terms of Service).

0.4 Players are responsible for their account, their actions and their contents. The administration does not return items stolen by other players or items lost due to bugs, rollbacks, deaths and account hacks, etc.
0.5 The opinion of the staff takes precedence, however, an appeal can be made about a ban/kick/mute/warning received, in your opinion, improperly.
0.6 The permissions granted by ranks may be changed by the administration without notice.
1. Account
@ 1.1 Nickname. It is forbidden to create nicknames, which:
- Are advertising or provoking;
- Contain the server’s factions’ names;
- Are similar to staff members’ nicknames (to impersonate them);
- Violate rules 2.1, 2.6, 3.1.
@ 1.2 Accounts. Minecraft Java Edition users are allowed to have 1 main and 2 additional accounts with _work, _rab, _ворк or _раб suffix at the end.
*Punishment: Permanent ban of the Multiaccount.
1.2.1 Account spam. Creating over 2 Multiaccounts will cause a ban on the main account.
*Punishment: IP Ban of the main account for a period from 7 to 30 days.
1.3 Account Customization. It is forbidden to set greetings/partings (Exception - 2.4, with doubled limits), immoral skins that violate the server rules. It is forbidden to purposely flood greetings/partings. Creation of custom suffix/prefix that violate server rules is also forbidden.
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Ban for a period of 8 hours to 3 days and in some cases removal of customization.
2. Chat Rules
Notes of the 2nd block of rules: It is forbidden to quote violations in public chats. Rules resulting in a mute as a punishment do not apply to direct messages and party chat. Violation of rules in the donate-chat will cause punishment without warning.
2.1 Swearing/Insulting. It is forbidden to use foul language (including censored obscene language, hidden with any symbol or emoji, foreign words, transliteration, or geographic names, said for provocative purposes, similar to obscenities), discuss 18+ topics, mention anyone (including yourself) in an insulting or humiliating way.
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Mute for a period of 1 hour to 1 day.
2.1.1 Interaction with staff members. It is forbidden to insult the server and its staff (including relatives), critique staff members’ actions, and quote their duties. When accessing a moderator through /report or /ask, you may not flood or violate server rules (exception-quoting violations), it is forbidden to self report for personal gain/profit.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 8 hours to 3 days.
2.2 Misleading/Threatening. It is forbidden to threaten, blackmail, or mislead players on the technical and game aspects and misinform administration/moderation when reporting players.
Addition: A warning about reporting/complaining on the forums is not a violation if the complaint was made. Warning a player about a punishment is also not a violation if the player actually broke a rule.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 6 hours to 7 days.
2.3 Advertising. It is forbidden to advertise social media resources unrelated to Mineland Network, mention third-party projects and distribute any links. Writing any third-party server IP counts as advertising.
It is allowed to:
- Mention other server names if their average player count is at least twice as much as ours;
- Send links, directly related to mineland.net;
- Send links to official Mojang/Minecraft content;
- Send links to screenshots and wiki resources that do not break any of the server rules (A screamer is a violation);
- Send server’s social media fan-community links;
- Send your personal social media account links.
2.3.1 Advertising requirements. Advertising Minecraft-related videos or streams is allowed if there’s no mention of other servers.
Sharing content about other games is not allowed.
Whilst advertising through /stream or /video chat rules apply (Exception - Rule 2.4).
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 8 hours to 3 days.
2.4 Clogging chat. It is forbidden to:
- Write text in uppercase (starting from 7 letters). If the message is big (approximately 80 characters), you can write 30% of it in uppercase;
- Write text randomly in upper and lowercase (starting from 7 characters). Example: “HeLlO FrIEnD”;
- Send multiple big messages with a short delay;
- Purposely send hard-to-read and meaningless text (starting from 20 characters) Examples: “ahahahahahahahahahah”, “hellohowareyoumyfriend?”, etc., as well as any difficult to read text in another language, written to clog up the chat;
- Flood messages (starting from 3 identical within 1 minute);
- Flood words (starting from 4 identical);
- Flood characters (starting from 7 identical);
- Advertise world/warp/social media resources in the chat more than 1 time within 5 minutes;
- Create flood. Examples: “Who loves Mineland put +”, “1”, “2”, “3”…
- Send the same message written by other players simultaneously;
- Send the same message using several accounts including main and work accounts. Allowed interval between messages is 5 minutes
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Mute for a period of 1 hour to 1 day.
2.5 Begging. It is forbidden to beg for purchases and monetary values.
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Mute for a period of 30 minutes to 8 hours.
2.6 Forbidden topics. Racism, nazism, feminism, masculism and discrimination against sick groups of people are forbidden. It is forbidden to mention and promote drugs and tobacco products, promote suicide, discuss/insult religion, politic or politicians, various types of movements and non-traditional sexual relations.
*Punishment: Mute for a period of 4 hours to 5 days.
2.7 Provocation. It is forbidden to provoke the players to violate the rules or do any actions damaging the server, organize or participate in revolts. Examples: “Type /logout”, “Let’s go flood”, “Write reports on that player”.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 6 hours to 14 days.
3. Global Rules
@ 3.1 Cheating. It is prohibited to distribute or use cheat programs, trainers, macros, regedits, prohibited modifications, bugs, defects in plugins that facilitate or change the gameplay.
Addition: If it is your first time violating this rule, the punishment will be issued without the @.
It is allowed to use mini-maps, as long as they do not display players or mobs.
It is allowed to use “Schematica” modification on all game modes. Its function “Printer” is only allowed on Creative+.
*Punishment: IP Ban for a period of 7 to 60 days.
@ 3.2 Dupe/Bug exploiting. It is forbidden to use or distribute bugs, which allow players to get any items/currency unfairly or provide an advantage in-game. It is forbidden to interact with items or currency obtained through dupe or bug exploitation. You have to inform the administration instantly about any server flaws.
*Punishment: IP Ban for a period of 7 to 3650 days (permanent ban) and reset of account, regions and islands.
@ 3.3 Account sharing. It is forbidden to share or sell accounts. It is forbidden to hack or attempt to hack accounts.
Addition: If you provide your password, even if it is incorrect, it will be considered as account sharing. But if it was in a joking manner, for the first time you will get punished without the @.
*Punishment: Permanent ban.
3.4 Commercial Activity. It is forbidden to sell anything for monetary values, exchange resources or services for a donation in Mineland Studio. Only in-game exchange is allowed, example: a player buys you anything in our store in exchange for resources on any of the gamemodes. Any attempts of deception during such exchanges are forbidden.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 30 to 3650 days (permanent ban).
3.5 Obstruction of play-ability. It is forbidden to purposely obstruct players to interact with game mechanics. Examples: Blocking SkyBlock shop signs, covering border placement space, etc.
It is forbidden to use the following commands more than 5 times within a short period of time: /ignore, /is ban, /lightning
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 8 hours to 14 days.
@ 3.6 Causing intentional lag. It is forbidden to interfere with the server or other players’ clients, cause lags, disruptions, etc. Examples: Stone generators, creating over 40,000 blocks per hour, difficult redstone schemes, etc.
*Punishment: IP Ban for a period of 14 to 3650 days (permanent ban).
3.7 Doxing. It is forbidden to disseminate players’ personal information (addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, Emails, etc) even if it is incorrect.
Exceptions: Personal social media accounts by the owner’s allowance, real name and age.
*Punishment: IP Ban for a period of 7 to 30 days.
@ 3.8 Ban/Mute evading. It is forbidden to bypass account blocking system, specifically:
- Play with a Multiaccount during a ban only by nickname;
- Play with any account (including work account) during an IP Ban;
- Chat using a multi/work account during a mute.
4. Mini-Game Rules: SkyWars, BedWars, Fireball Fight, Pillars
4.1 Gameplay. It is forbidden to team up with other players/teams, create immoral buildings/signs, or interfere with teammates, attempting to kill or trap them.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 1 to 8 hours.
4.2 Statistics. It is forbidden to grind account statistics using other accounts, friends or by trapping and then killing players on their spawnpoint.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 3 to 14 days and reset of statistics.
5. SkyBlock Rules
5.1 Auction. When selling an item through auction, it is forbidden for the item's name and price tag to be a name of a collection item or violate the server rules. It is forbidden to put items on the reserve auction slots with unjustifiably high prices so that someone accidentally buys them after an active auction. It is forbidden to unreasonably make high bids during an active auction without intending to buy the item.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 8 hours to 14 days.
5.1.1 Forbidden actions in auction. It is forbidden to create the same auction more than twice if nobody buys the item. It is forbidden to put items with unreasonably high prices more than 1 time taking up slots on the auction.
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Ban for a period of 4 hours to 3 days.
5.1.2 Trade chat. It’s only allowed to discuss trade-related topics and advertise trading warps in the trade chat (/tc).
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Mute for a period of 30 minutes to 4 hours.
5.2 Warp requirements.
- Player should not take damage on the spawn point;
- Space between the spawn point and a break must be more than 3 blocks;
- Warp name should not violate server rules (Exception – 2.4);
- No immoral buildings, signs, or items should be on the island.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 3 to 14 days and removal of the warp.
5.3 Griefing. It is forbidden to grief players in any way, steal or damage other people’s property. It is forbidden not to follow an agreement to return items after a fight or work.
*Punishment: IP Ban for a period of 14 to 60 days.
5.4 Trading. It is forbidden to deceive during a trade, an exchange or a dice game.
*Punishment: IP Ban for a period of 14 to 60 days.
5.5 Gameplay. It is forbidden to team up with other players in the PvP arena. It is forbidden to stay AFK on the spawn to get cases.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 8 hours to 3 days.
6. Creative+ Rules
6.1 World requirements.
Spawn:
- The player should not be damaged at the spawn point;
- Space between the spawn point and a break must be more than 3 blocks.
- Name, description, ID and thematic of the world may not violate the server rules (Exception - 2.4);
- It is forbidden to mention the administration’s involvement in your world.
- It is forbidden to fully limit game process, forcing to transfer monetary values/gold or to like the world;
- It is forbidden to violate the server rules when sending text through the code;
- It is forbidden to immediately kill players after they respawn (More than 4 times in a row);
- It is forbidden to create immoral items/buildings/signs;
- A player should be able to unobstructedly exit the world.
6.2 Griefing. It is forbidden to grief player games or their code.
Addition: Griefing anarchy-worlds or “Gamemode 1 for like” themed worlds is not prohibited.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 14 to 60 days.
6.3 Transactions. Monetary funds transaction is only allowed when using the MineLand Studio platform and only on Creative+. It is forbidden to deceive players during monetary funds or gold transaction. Product name may not violate server rules.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 7 to 30 days.
7. Survival Rules
7.1 Forbidden Warp.
Warp Requirements
- Player should not take damage on the spawn point;
- Space between the spawn point and a break must be more than 3 blocks;
- Warp name should not violate server rules (Exception – 2.4);
- Forbidden to use warps to grief players
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 2 hours to 3 days and removal of the warp.
7.2 Teaming. It is forbidden to team up with other players in the PvP arena.
*Punishment: Ban for a period of 8 hours to 1 day.
7.3 Clans. It is forbidden to create/join a clan with a name violating the 2nd or 3rd block of the rules.
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Ban for a period of 1 to 7 days.
8. Staff Rules
@ 8.1 Staff. Every faction has their own set of rules that you agree to when joining them. Below are the basic rules.
Server staff is forbidden to:
- Violate the server rules;
- Abuse their rights for personal purposes;
- Sell/give resources, received from creative mode;
- Be in more than one faction without heads’ allowance;
- Share information from staff documents, chats, conversations, etc. Even after leaving the post.
8.2 Purchasable assistance ranks - King, Legend, Imperator, Sponsor. It is forbidden to:
- Abuse rights for personal purposes (flight on other players’ islands, etc);
- Incorrectly answer players’ questions (/asks);
Numerous violations under Rule 8.2 will result in a downgrade to Hero rank.
*Punishment: Warning ➜ Ban for a period of 1 hour to 14 days.
8.3 Moderation.
- A moderator may not violate server rules;
- Each moderator must be able to report on their actions;
- A moderator must comply with censorship and speech standards, be sociable, literate and tolerant of all players on the server;
- A moderator must control the gameplay, maintain order, help players and try to prevent violations of the server rules;
- A moderator may refuse to help a player if their request is formulated incorrectly or contains a violation of the server rules;
- A moderator can be a garant in a trade between players;
- A moderator may not stay AFK or ignore players;
- A moderator may not be biased against players, unreasonably ban players or ban inactive accounts;
- A moderator must issue punishments strictly according to the rules and on the player’s language. Punishment length and type must be chosen by the severity of the violation;
- A moderator may issue punishments without a warning, increase or decrease its length if it is justified.
9. Addition to the rules
9.1 @ In the ban reason means that you can not purchase an unban;
9.2 Server factions’ list: Admin (Administrator), Technical (Technical Administrator), Developer, Manager, SMM (Social Media Manager), Sr. Moderator (Head Moderator), Sr. Collector (Head Collector), Sr. Builder (Head Builder), Sr. Tester (Head Tester), Sr. Support (Head Technical Support), Support (Technical Support), Moder (Moderator), Collector, Builder, Tester, Translator.
9.3 In case of a repeated violation of the same rule the maximum length of the punishment is doubled and can be issued without warning:
- A warning is valid for 1 to 2 hours except for Rules 8.2 and 1.3. According to Rule 8.2, the warning applies for one week. According to Rule 1.3, the warning applies for 12 hours;
- Doubling mute time is only possible within 24 hours after the end of the previous mute for the same reason;
- Doubling ban time is only possible within 3 months after the end of the previous ban for the same reason. IP ban or @ ban time will always be doubled after the first violation.
Exception: Rule 3.8, The punishment duration is not doubled on a repeated offence.
9.4 In case, if the player broke multiple rules at the same time, the punishment is issued according to the rule with a bigger maximal punishment length;
