Hub Global/Other Mineland Voting Questions

I have numerous questions about voting. There are only four links to vote on the voting page (mineland.net/vote). Nevertheless, The voting scoreboard showed that some players were voting more than four times every day. Is there any other voting site available that Mineland accepts except topminecraftserver, MCSL, TopG, and MinecraftMP? I attempted to vote at the websites that were listed in the voting page's footer. However, I received nothing.

Also, In some cases, especially when I'm not logged into the server, I don't receive anything for voting. Why does that happen?
