Moder of the month list(LeaderBoard)

. Monthly Moderator Selection Mechanism (Selection Process):

You can specify criteria for determining the "Moderator of the Month," such as:

1- Number of issues resolved.

2- Positive interaction with players.

3- Helping new players.

4- Improving the system and maintaining cleanliness(No problems) within the server.

5- Selection can be based on player votes or by the server administration itself.


2. Rewards for the Winner:
1- Tangible Rewards: Such as granting them special features(Diamond Moderator rank) or additional permissions on the server.
2-
Intangible Rewards: Like highlighting their role in the participant list or displaying their name in a prominent place.

3- In-Game Rewards: Like earning points(Golds-Silvers-else..) that can be used to obtain tools or advantages within the server.

3. Announcing the Winner:
  • You can set a specific time each month to announce the winner, like on the last day of every month.
  • Publish a special post "Moderator of the Month," highlighting their achievements(Could be in discord). 4- Adding Variations in Rewards:
Reward moderators with diverse prizes, such as special Ranks or the ability to choose a task to manage in the upcoming month.
In summary
The "Moderator of the Month" idea not only motivates moderators but also encourages players to interact positively with them and follow the rules. Additionally, it fosters an environment of appreciation and motivation within the server.

Greetings @Yasicbx moderators are the staff roles whose job is to help and assist players and punish the rule-breakers.They are the ones who maintain the server rules properly and being friendly with others.
I strongly disagree with this idea that moderators should receive free rewards and "Moderator of the Month" system.Moderators are volunteers who enforce rules, not players who should expect special rewards.You are describing as it is a donator rank of the server who gets free items by playing mini-games, etc.Their role should remain fair and focused on maintaining order rather than personal benefits.Instead of rewards, moderators should be recognized for their efforts through respect and appreciation from the community, not material incentives.
They take time personally and moderate the server. I really appreciate the moderator team and some of them are actually good making the server a great place for newbies and others.....
Your idea was good but for me I think it will make the moders became more focused on rewards and "Moder of the Month" system without actually doing their real job.
Also Staff heads are responsible for giving rewards to moders.....
Also if you ask such Senior moderators and Staff heads about this idea I think they may not agree with this idea.

Greetings @Yasicbx moderators are the staff roles whose job is to help and assist players and punish the rule-breakers.They are the ones who maintain the server rules properly and being friendly with others.

Not all moderators like each other. When giving a reward, it makes the moderator feel proud of themselves, motivating all moderators to pursue it with respectful challenge. This means they will do everything in their power to ban hackers(It follows fear of them by Cheat player), interact with players, and some might even come up with ideas to earn that reward. However, no one really cares about the moderators, their job, or anything else.


Speaking frankly, the server is really dying there are no new ideas or anything that attracts players to the server. I came up with this idea so that moderators would take their job more seriously(Than before). I've seen some past moderators take advantage of their rank to ban players in order to get resources.


When we give trust and self-esteem awards to moderators, they will actually make the server better.

I think you mean that a moderator will do his job only when he has be given some type of monetary value in the server.Moderators are choosen very carefully now and if you think of that new or old moders are dependable on some type of monetary value in the server that is wrong.
