Review of current punishments

I wanted to give some feedback about the current punishment system. I feel that some mutes or bans are quite long considering the situation. In my case, I am currently appealing a punishment that I believe is unfair, but beyond my own case, I’m concerned this might not be an isolated situation. I’ve seen other players mention similar cases where punishments don’t always seem to match what actually happened.

I also notice that during certain hours (Argentina time), especially at night, there are very few players online (sometimes 0 or just 3–4 waiting for a match), which makes any punishment have a bigger impact on the active community.

I’m also an active player on the server and regularly play with a group of around 35 friends and contacts, so I’m quite involved in the community and see how these systems affect active players on a daily basis.

I think it would be beneficial to review these criteria in order to improve the overall player experience on the server

It's not fair, I've also made a forum saying that the mutes are way too long. There is 1 new chat rule that is 2.1.2. Which is insulting and the punishment is "Warning -> Mute for 4 hours to 3 days" if I am not wrong. 4 hours over insulting is way too much, insulting used to be in 2.1, but it was separated not a long time ago. Considering the fact that moders have the right to punish people without a warning, this is unfair. Same can be said for 2.6. While discrimination can be serious sometimes... 12 hours without any warning is still unfair. The length of the chat rules that have mute as the punishment should also be based on provocation, if it was towards someone and how severe did a player violate the rule.
