Description: Hello, I was falsely banned for 13 days by the anti-cheat system while playing. The reason states "Aim[blatant]" and "Heuristic Randomizer", but I do not use any kind of cheats, macros, or modified clients on my PC. I was just playing normally. This must be a false positive caused by the anti-cheat system. Could you please check my logs and unban my account? Thank you.

Note 2: Since my English is not very advanced, I used Gemini (AI) to help me write this appeal correctly and express my situation clearly.Important Chat Log Evidence: The hacker named "Qefe..." was also Turkish. In the in-game chat, he explicitly admitted to cheating, saying "full hitbox vuruyorum" (I am hitting with full hitbox). I clearly replied to him in chat saying that I don't use cheats and I play with my own skills ("hile kullanmadığımı söyleyip bileğimle oynadığımı yazmıştım"). Please check the chat logs for those matches; it will clearly prove that I am innocent and he was the one cheating.
