Banned for dupe

Hello,
first of all I am ashamed of what i did but i was not supposed to do that and i was gonna report it but my mouse broke like half an hour after i discovered that dupe.I wasnt able to login and report it and I bought a new mouse and logged in server and i straight started msging moder Djmahirnationtv about it but still i got ban.I request to reduce ban time or something like that plz its an request
