Survival Fix about op items

So, theres some op items in survival that you can place. Ig make op items unplaceable, so we wont lose them in a dumb way. For example: Frozen bubble, Hibernation head, Cutrika and etc.

How about you just use an anti-place mod and set it so you can't place those items, so the single dev working on survival doesn't have to do even more work because of your incompetence
