Hello @meaww21 , after reviewing the image I can tell that the ban was probably issued correctly due to Multi-Account which means you have an alternative account in-game without the "_work" title at the end of your name.

According to the Server Rules, you are only allowed to have one main account and two alternative account and the alternative account should contain a "_work", "_rab", etc suffix at the end of your name.

Example: If your in-game name is "meaww21", then your alt account name should be "meaww21_work" or "meaww21_work2",
