You have reported on the wrong place that's why you are not getting response from any staff members.
You should report this on the In game-ban appeals section ,use this link and justify about that you're not guilty....... and after few days you will surely get a response from the staff.

But my opponent was cheated last game i played but nemesis bans ME!
