Hello, why do you ban people permanent on Mineland? It makes them upset.

Just like every server, each server has their own set of rules. If a player fails to follow them, this allows our staff every right to punish them until they learn from their mistakes. As for banning people permanently, these are rules that were decided by the Administration. If you are unhappy about them, I'd suggest you send them a message on Discord/write to them if you have any suggestions. Anyways, hope this answers your question! Have a nice day.
