Hello! Unfortunately, we cannot help you regarding your issue as the problem you elaborated seems to be from C+ private world. The rules allow the user to freely edit and work on their world(s) as they prefer, even if they (World Owner) abuses their power in their own respective world, it is not punishable. Though, in some scenarios, the world owner can be punished if they happen to violate any of the Creative+ rules.

You can always report them on forums or through in-game "/report". Do let us know your experience in Creative+ so far.
