how do you not know how to disable pvp in spawn?
simply think about what the code should do, when and in what conditions and lay it in steps
e.g. "when the player hits someone, if the player is near the spawn, prevent them from hitting."
then scour all of the code blocks that seem relevant and try to find the one you want.

1. Yes, Because you replied in a quote block.
2. You were probably expecting a "Stop Hit" block, That doesn't exist, Look closely for a code block, maybe one related to events? one that could, stop/cancel events?

Most simple way to do this is Player Event Player damages player > If player is near location > Cancel Event
Cancel event code is in Game Action block.
