The proxy of Mineland is EU and it will take ML forever to even get an AS proxy. Don't even think about ML getting an AF proxy, since you live in Africa. Having an EU proxy means you will play with a higher ping compared to others who are living in a different region. ML is stubborn and will probably never get an AS proxy, nor will it introduce other proxies..

Maybe try doing something with your router or just change it
