You cannot join because you have either forgotten your password or no longer have your 2fa.
What can you do?
You can easily buy a package from our store. It's called "Restore your account". You are welcome to read the description of the package. It says if you have forgotten your password, then buy it once and join our Discord channel: Join the Discord Server
After joining the Discord. Go to "bot-commands" channel and type "-ticket open forgot-password-(yourname)"
If you have linked your email, you can simply enter “account restore” in the bot to reset your password. That doesn't cost anything (that's FREE)

You can't register, because it already tells you to login. Whats the issue?
It seems like that a another User/Player has the same Account Name and therefore the Account is already taken!
In this case, please use another Name for your Account, so you can register.
